Sequestration
Sequestration is defined as the surrender of an individual’s estate (financial affairs) to the High Court under the governance of the Insolvency Act 24 of 1936.
Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation after Sequestration is a defined legal process which occurs, in some instances automatically or by order of the High Court of South Africa
Liquidation
Liquidation typically occurs when a limited company has reached a point where, for one reason or another, it has been decided that the business will not continue.
